Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, overlooking the lovely town park, and the staff was friendly. However, the rooms were underwhelming, with a strong smell in the bathroom and worn-out curtains burnt by cigarettes. The breakfast was simple and not up to par with a 4-star hotel.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not up to par, with a stinky bathroom and dusty corners, but the high ceiling and beautiful balcony overlooking the Gardens were a plus. The service fell short of expectations, as the personnel's attitude was below standard. The location, however, was wonderful, especially with the beautiful view of the town park. The dining options were subpar, particularly for vegetarians. The facilities were average overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not quite cozy, a bit crowded, and seemed like they hadn't been reconditioned in some time. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, but unfortunately dusty. The service was lacking as it felt sleepy, and the personnel didn't seem professional. On the bright side, the staff was friendly. The location, on the other hand, was amazing, near the park, providing a wonderful view overlooking the lovely town park and terrace. It was close to Peles Castle and the main boulevard with plenty of pubs and restaurants. The dining experience was a joke, sloppy, and very poor, especially for non-pork eaters, although the hotel included some artisanal bread. The facilities were basic to low tidiness, but they did offer some amenities.
The hotel room was spacious enough for two people, albeit with a noticeable cigarette-burnt curtain in a couple of places. The service, though not overly friendly, was acceptable. The location was wonderful, as it overlooked the lovely town park. The dining experience left something to be desired with very few options for vegetarians. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were well-maintained and functional.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, overlooking the lovely town park, and close to the Peles Castle and main boulevard with pubs and restaurants. However, the rooms were not as cozy as I had hoped, with a few burnt curtains and a slightly crowded feel. The service was below the standard I expected, with unenthusiastic staff. The dining experience left much to be desired with some stale items on offer.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, near the park and close to Peles Castle, offering a lovely view. However, the rooms were a bit dated and cramped, with a burnt curtain in a couple of places. The service fell below expectations for a 3-4 star rating, with sleepy and unfriendly staff. The dining options were poor, especially for non-pork eaters, but the homemade bread was a nice touch. The facilities were basic, and the price did not reflect the overall value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was spacious with a high ceiling and a beautiful balcony overlooking the Gardens, it lacked coziness and felt a bit outdated. The service was below par, with unprofessional behavior from the personnel. However, the location near the park and the terrace was wonderful, offering lovely views. The dining options were limited for vegetarians, especially during breakfast, which was disappointing.
I loved the fantastic location of the hotel, overlooking the beautiful town park and very close to the Peles Castle and main boulevard with plenty of pubs and restaurants. The rooms are charming, keeping the essence of the times to which the hotel belongs, although a couple of curtains were burnt by cigarette. The service was friendly and welcoming, but a bit sleepy at times. The dining options were a big disappointment with very few choices for vegetarians. The facilities were good, but the price could be more aligned with the overall experience.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that could be updated to enhance coziness and charm, with some dustiness observed. The service was below par, lacking professionalism and attentiveness. However, the wonderful location near the town park and attractions compensates for these shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were incredibly spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony overlooking the Gardens, although there were a few curtains burnt by cigarettes. The service was not up to par, with staff behaving unprofessionally and not very friendly. However, the location was wonderful, overlooking the lovely town park and near the terrace. The dining experience left much to be desired, especially for non-pork eaters, with a simple and limited breakfast spread. Despite the shortcomings, the facilities were decent and served their purpose.
The hotel has a wonderful location near the park with a lovely view, but the service was below expectations. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, despite a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Dining options are limited for vegetarians, leaning towards a taste from the past. Good value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the Gardens, but they were quite grey and had a curtain burnt by cigarette in a couple of places. The service was friendly overall, although some staff members were not acting professional. The location was wonderful, especially the terrace overlooking the lovely town park. The dining experience was average with limited options, particularly for non-pork eaters. The facilities were acceptable. The value for money was decent, but improvements could be made.
The hotel location is amazing, near the park and terrace, overlooking the lovely town park. The rooms haven't been renovated in a while and aren't very cozy. The service was below standard, with unprofessional staff. The dining options were limited, but the location near the park, Grand Casino, and main boulevard compensates.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite outdated and showed signs of neglect, like the burnt curtains. On the bright side, the high ceilings and balcony offered a lovely view of the Gardens. However, the service fell short of expectations as the staff seemed disinterested and lacked friendliness. The location was excellent, overlooking the charming town park, but unfortunately, the dining options were below par with a disappointing breakfast spread.
The hotel has an interesting charm from its bygone era, but some areas could use a little sprucing up. The location is superb near the park and local attractions, although cleanliness might be a concern at times. The service could be more attentive and professional, while the dining experience falls short of expectations in terms of variety and quality.
